How To Shop

We hope you find our online shop extremely easy to use. To start shopping just click on a category from the menu above, and browse or enter the item you are looking for in the "search" box. If you would like a larger view and more details on a particular toy then just click on the 'more' button on the right of the listing, or click on the picture for more details. When you see something you like, click on the 'buy' button to add one to your cart.

Search Tip

When searching for a product using the search box, you can use the words AND or OR to seperate your search phrases.  i.e. If you are searching for "Rubber Duck", then by typing "Rubber AND Duck" you will find results with both keywords in the listing. (Therefore removing items with just the words rubber or duck only in the listing, like a rubber chicken or a wooden duck)

When you see something you like, enter the quantity you require and click on the button labelled 'Buy' or 'add to basket'. From there you can 'continue' to checkout and follow the instructions to pay for your order, or 'continue shopping' to browse the shop for more items. You may click 'View basket' at any time to check your intended purchases.

When you have finished shopping just click on the 'View Cart' button, and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be notified of any low stock items at this stage, and have the option to amend any quantities. You will also be notified if there is likely to be a delay, or if the order will be split.  Please enter your delivery address and credit card details when prompted.

Gift Service

If the order is a present for someone, or you wish to specify an alternative shipping address, this can be done at this stage. If the recipients name and address is different from the billing name and address, or if our giftwapping service has been selected, then we will not enclose an invoice with the toys.

If you prefer to place an order over the phone, telephone orders are welcome on 08452 696 452. We can accept credit or debit cards on telephone orders, or arrange to send a pro-forma invoice.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted and powered by Protx, where you can check out securely with most credit and debit cards or Paypal - All credit card transactions are via secure server.

Order Value Limit

For security reasons we have an order value limit of £350 per transaction for orders placed online.  If you need to place an order over this amount please telephone us on 08452 696 452. Your order may also qualify for a discount.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by first class post or courier as appropriate and should be with you within a few days.

Postage and packing fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of the products ordered (UK orders over £50 are sent free of charge) and will be added to the total which will be confirmed on screen before you finalise any payment.
